During this week at the flowering peak of summer we focus on the healing plants. At this time many herbs arial parts are at their peak potency so there will be lots of herb harvesting for medicine and medicine making.
In a day long ceremony I will take you through the process of reconnecting with your intuition and reclaiming our ancestral legacy as healers. Many of the practices you will learn are known as ‘Shamanic’ or intuitive healing practices, yet we all have these latent abilities.
This is because we have co-evolved with all the wild plants that surround us for a couple of million years, back to our most ancient rodent mammalian ancestors. As humans these plants have not only fed us and kept us healthy but they have saved us countless times from starvation and fatal diseases. There was a time not long ago when everybody knew all the main healing plants needed to help us heal and stay healthy from birth to death.
