All plants were harvested from our gardens or wilds of The Sacred Gardener Lands, just add Apple Cider Vinegar!
We created a blend that combines mineral rich herbs with flavourful herbs so your final product will be not only a way to take in much needed nutrients but also elevate the flavours in your food.
Apple Cider Vinegar makes these nutrients accessible to our bodies. This infusion can be used daily as a health tonic in the morning with water, or used to create your own salad dressings, added to soups or stir fries.
Ingredients: 1oz of Nettle, Horsetail, Red Clover, Raspberry leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Marshmallow leaf, Spruce Tips, Alfalfa, Rosehips, Sumac berries, Thyme, Sage, Basil, Oregano.
Makes 1-2 litres of infused Vinegar.
